Orders are typically packed and handed off to the selected carrier within 36 hours of placement.
Note: Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, VitaLife Wholesale is not responsible for transit delays or tracking issues. Delivery speed, tracking updates, and final delivery are managed solely by the shipping carrier.
UPS Ground
- Most economical option for domestic shipments
- Handled through United Parcel Service (UPS)
- Orders fulfilled daily (UPS does not process Ground shipments on weekends)

USPS Priority Mail
- Used for customers outside UPS service regions
- An expedited service prioritized above USPS Ground Advantage
- Delivery typically occurs six days a week (excluding Sundays)
- Delivery dates are estimated, not guaranteed
UPS 2nd Day Air
- Expedited domestic shipping targeting two-business-day delivery
- Provides consistent tracking and delivery reliability
- Delivery days count business days only
- Free on orders over $200 when selected at checkout
UPS Next Day Air
- Premium option for urgent orders
- If selected before the daily cutoff, packages are shipped for guaranteed next-business-day delivery
- Ideal for time-sensitive shipments
- Delays may still occur due to weather or other uncontrollable circumstances
- Misuse or improper handling
- Inaccurate application in research
- Failure to store materials according to provided guidelines
